Improving Creativity in College Students Through Physical Activities

Physical activity not only improves health status and reduces disease, but also has benefits on individual cognitive function. Several studies state that regular physical can improve creative thinking, factors are needed for invention innovation. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in creativity college students through activity. This uses an experimental approach field with observational action pattern, research design is two group pretest-posttest design. population were class 2018, 2019, 2020 at department Sport Coaching Education, State University Surabaya. In using a purposive sampling technique which divided into groups, namely AB AJ, each consisted 30 students, so total sample as many 60 students. Pre-test post-test E-Char application level creativity. results showed both groups increased creativity, highest occurred AJ who had been given treatment 14 meetings. Mann-Whitney difference test value p = 0.000 (<0.05) concluded there significant AJ. conclusion, do 7 weeks frequency 2 times per week (14 meetings)
